Many JubileeTV members tell us that being able to control their loved one’s television remotely has been a game-changer. Now, you can navigate to the baseball game on a hard-to-find channel or play a favorite movie for Mom.

JubileeTV helps simplify the television experience. Our voice-activated remote control makes it easy to navigate to different channels or switch to Netflix. In The App, you’ll be able to see exactly what your loved one sees on their screen - so helping out is a breeze.

Open The App and select Telescope to see a real-time view of your loved one’s TV. 

From here, you can:

• Navigate the TV using the arrows and the Select button.
• Turn volume up/down, mute, and change channel up/down using the gray buttons on the real-time view.

• Open the JubileeTV home screen by tapping the "J" button.
• Switch directly to a favorite channel, device, or streaming service using the Favorites tiles on the lower half of the screen.
• Turn the TV on or off with the power button.

• Enter a command into the “type command” area to quickly navigate your loved one’s TV:

• • Channel 11 (Channel Number)
  • NBC (Channel Name)
  • Roku (Device Name)
  • Netflix (Service Name)
  • Power
  • Volume Up / Volume Down
  • Guide (View TV Guide, if available)
  • Photos or slideshow (Show photo screensaver)

Another fun way to keep Mom involved is Quick Share. You can start playing Mom’s favorite shows and movies from YouTube, Netflix, and Prime Video, right on her television*.

• Open the Netflix, YouTube or Prime Video app on your phone
• Find the show or video of your choice, then hit the “Share” button
• Select the JubileeTV app icon (you may need to select “more options” to find it)
• Roku will open on Mom’s TV, and the YouTube, Netflix, or Prime Video app will launch
• The show will start playing on Mom’s TV
• Pause, fast forward, adjust volume, and more, remotely using the JubileeTV App

*Please note: Quick Share is available only if you have a Roku device connected to your loved one’s JubileeTV console. Your loved one must have a subscription to each service to watch content.
