Today let's talk about a feature that can help your loved one feel less isolated: Video Calls.

Your loved one can have conversations right from their television - their biggest, loudest screen. No more fumbling with a phone or straining to see a tiny screen.

It’s easy to place a video call right from The App. You can be anywhere in the world and share special moments with your loved one from afar.

To start a Video Call, simply open The App and select Video Call.

The incoming video call will start ringing on your loved one’s TV, and they will be prompted to press the Green Plus button on their JubileeTV remote to answer the call, or the Red Minus button to decline.

If they accept the call, they will see a second message prompting them to press the Green Plus button again to turn on their camera for the call. It couldn’t be easier.

If your loved one needs a little extra help, you can also set their system to automatically connect when you place a video call. Open The App and select “AutoConnect Video Call.” Please note, AutoConnect permissions must be enabled.

It's easy to invite friends and family to connect with your loved one. Simply open The App, then go to the Contacts section. Tap the "Invite Contact" button and enter their email address. They'll receive an invitation to connect and download the free JubileeTV App.
